Scientists at the National Cancer Institute (NCI) and the National Surgical Adjuvant Breast and Bowel Project (NSABP) Biostatistics Center have developed this Breast Cancer Risk Assessment Tool, a computer program that allows you to project a woman's individualized estimate of risk for invasive breast cancer over a 5-year period and over her lifetime (to age 90). To run this program, you must download it to your computer. (Minimum requirements: Windows 3.1 or later, 486 or higher processer, 33 MHz, 4MB RAM.) Please read the directions below and then click on the "Setup.exe" link to begin the process.
